Exercise your brain and improve memory

Everyone knows that the key to a healthy body is diet and exercise. Many people work every day to stay obsessively in great shape. Therefore, if we are so concerned about the performance of our bodies, why we do often fail to exercise our minds? Our brains are like muscles: use it or lose it. If we do everyday activities to help keep your brain in place, we are losing important skills, particularly the ability to remember. So if you want to remember the phone number of your mother, your grocery list, or if you left your keys to start exercising your brain.

So how exactly is this you can exercise your brain? No brain gym can get a membership to the class with "memory" but there are things you can do yourself. Here are some things you can try to keep their brains agile.

* Open a newspaper.

Of course, reading the newspaper can expand their knowledge, but if you really want to put your brain in shape, turn to the crossword. You can also try to solve puzzles that require the use of their language skills. They help you remember things to do than regular access memories are simple (ie say some)
